HELP US HELP YOU
The easiest way to raise money for your organization. With the Island Time Car Wash car wash fundraising program you will not have to worry about finding a facility to hold your car wash, getting chemicals and towels, finding volunteers, and best of all there is no liability! Not only will we save you all time and money, we are also saving the environment. The dirty water from washing your cars on streets, parking lots and drive- ways, eventually winds up in rivers, streams and lakes. We use an average of no more than 15 gallons of fresh water per car. All of that water is either recycled or returned to the environment cleanly. Using a garden hose at home, you can use more than 60 gallons in as little as five minutes!
So, let us do the work for you and help keep our environment clean!
HOW IT WORKS:
- We provide your organization with promotional sheet with your information and dates of the fundraiser.
- You promote your fundraisor via any and all means. Flyers, Social Media, Word of Mouth.
- On the days of your fundraiser, for every $15 Paradise Wash purchased you receive $5. No coupons to purchase, sell or return.
- Your organization must be a valid not-profit 501(3)c with a tax id number.

Vehicle Restrictions
Vehicles we can’t wash:
- Vehicles at a height greater than 82˝
- Vehicles wider than 70˝ from inside driver tire to outside passenger tire
- Trucks with beds containing fuel tanks
- Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of any kind of debris
- Trucks with dual rear tires
- Vehicles with permanently affixed, tripod-style mirrors
- Full-size Hummers, Ford Raptor, Nissan NV
- Trucks/vans with ladders
- Vehicles with large ladder racks
- Vehicles that sit 5˝ or lower to the ground
- Vehicles with tires wider than 12.5˝
- Vehicles with bike racks or any rear-mounted rack
- Vehicles with excessive mud
If you have any of the following, we cannot be responsible for damage that might occur and caution against going through IslandTime Carwash.
- Parts of the vehicle that are loose, rusted, cracked or previously damaged
- Previously chipped or cracked paint
- Non-factory parts or modifications
- Power antennas
- Spare tire covers
- Ski racks
- The license plate housing on 2003 and 2004 Cadillac CTS models
- Dodge full-size truck antennas/fenders
- smart® car engine bay covers (hood)
- Classic vehicles (20 years or older)
- Driver error
- Fuel doors
- Mirror parts
- Logos and emblems
- Antennas
- Paint & Pinstripes
- Wiper parts
- Lights & light parts
- Plastic, rubber, lexan or fiberglass parts
- Tires, rims, hubcaps & valve stems
- Non-factory, non-dealer installed options
- Technical service bulletins (TSBs)
- Parts blown off by water spray or dryers
- Damage to vehicles 10 years old or older or over 100.000 miles
